We appreciate your interest in participating in the 2nd Vastly Sage Gentlemen’s Brunch: 20 June 2026. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you go through the following terms and conditions, which we have a right to change from time to time.

In this document, “holder”, “bearer”, and “purchaser” refer to you—the person who buys the ticket.
“We”, “us”, “our”, “issuer”, or “provider” refer to the organisers of the 2nd Vastly Sage Gentlemen’s Brunch: 20 June 2026.

By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket, you automatically accept these terms.

Key conditions at a glance
– Changes to terms: We may revise these terms at any time; updated versions apply from your purchase date.
– No reservations: Unpaid carts clear after 15 minutes.
– Ticket nature: Each ticket is a revocable licence for 20 June 2026 entry only.
– Authorised sales: Tickets are sold solely via vastlysage.com.
– Delivery: Electronic tickets (order number) are sent to the email provided.
– No cash value: Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
– Non-refundable: All sales are final; however, tickets may be transferred (see details below).
– Event delivery: Service is deemed delivered once the event begins on 21 November 2026.

Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds
– Full cancellation by us: These tickets are not refundable. We may reschedule, issue partial/full refund, or offer no refund—the decision is at our discretion and is final.
– Force-majeure: We cannot be held liable for causes beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, government order etc.) We may reschedule, provide a partial/full refund, or a comparable “make-good” option. Where a force-majeure has been passed on to us, we will do the same.
– Rescheduling: If the event moves to new dates, no refunds apply.
– Refunds, if granted: Limited to the face value printed on the order; no additional claims allowed.

Transfer policy
– Tickets are transferable, but written notice must reach us at least 10 days before the event.
– No transfers accepted within the final 10 days.

Entry requirements & conduct

– Age: Minimum 18 years (16 if accompanied by a caregiver). Under-age attendees will be refused entry without refund.
– ID check: Digital ticket plus valid photo ID required at the gate.
– Rain or shine: The event proceeds regardless of weather.
– Zero-tolerance policy: Unauthorised drugs, lewd behaviour, or possession of prohibited items will lead to immediate ejection and ticket voidance.

Liability & dispute resolution
– We accept no liability for personal injury, financial loss, or lost/stolen items.
– Chargeback or card-payment disputes are not permitted; all sales are final.
– Unresolved disputes may be submitted to an independent arbiter at the initiator’s expense.

Media & communications
– You consent to photography/filming for event and promotional use by Vastly Sage, sponsors, and partners.
– You agree to be contacted via the email or phone provided for prizes, experiences, or follow-ups.
